OVERVIEW
Yellowship is Lessonly's user conference that brings together the world’s greatest trainers, enablers, and thought leaders for three days of clarity, connection, and progress. During the conference attendees have the opportunity to hear from inspiring keynotes and 30+ practical breakout sessions focused on Customer Service, Sales, L&D, Culture, and Leadership.
SOLUTION
In partnering with Socio, Lessonly developed a mobile app that allowed attendees to customize your schedule, learn about speakers, connect with other attendees, play Llama Loot the game to win swag, and receive push notifications for upcoming events or important information.
Yellowship Design
The Yellowship design process started by developing a series of lo-fi wireframes for each page, and continually exploring designs through multiple iterations until each feature felt cohesive. The challenge with the Yellowship19 website design was expanding on the design and layout that were developed for Yellowship18—pushing the creative boundaries while also reflecting the established Yellowship brand.

About Page Exploration
The exploration for the about page included the layout of the hero section with the combination of a recap video, content, and the treatment of the event photography. This was done knowing that the end goal was to showcase as much imagery as possible through the use rotating imagery.

Speaker Page Exploration
The layout of the overall speaker page was developed similar to the Yellowship19 site—however, there was an extensive exploration on how to design and treat keynote speakers and breakout speakers imagery.

Agenda Page Exploration
The agenda page again used the same functionality as Yellowship18 with the addition of implementing a more refined type hierarchy and adding custom iconography to the various tracks.

Sponsor Exploration
The sponsor page layout was based on the tier of sponsor—whether they are Platinum, Gold, or Silver would differentiate the design treatment. Platinum and Gold sponsors were allotted overviews of their company and Silver sponsors just highlighted their logo.
