Customer Service Enablement Certification

Lessonly launched a Customer Service Enablement 101 certification that focuses on designing, developing, and deploying training to customer service managers and coaches.

 

Our goal was to design a clear visual brand that enticed users to complete and share the certification with their network through a variety of channels.

Landing Page

We designed this landing page that included why a user should get certified, what to expect, and how to share the certification with a coworker. This landing page also functions as a hub for users to create and sign back into their Lessonly Certifications account.

Sign-Up Experience

Users are prompted to create an account once they click "Get Certified." Once they fill out a quick form, a message appears that prompts them with their next steps.

Campaign Assets

In addition to the landing page, we created a customer login page, social promotional graphics, an email signature, and a sharable template to nominate a friend for a Better Work certificate.
